If I understand correctly U4U requires an interview at the American Embassy in Montreal. The American Embassy in Montreal says it will be sometime in 2025 before she can get an interview.

For example, Brussels is 9 days. My question is: can she fly to Brussels, get a hotel room for 9 nine days and get her visa?
