  1. Today, I received a message from NVC saying that the i864ez I submitted is invalid because I do not qualify for it. They said that I must submit the i864 instead. It also says in the message and I directly quote, " FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial sponsors, joint sponsors, and applicants should be aware of responsibilities when signing an I-864 and the consequences for a sponsored immigrant's acceptance of federal means-tested public benefits. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos." However, my w2 tax returns and other financial documents such as w2 and proof employment/paystubs were accepted. In 2022, I was studying full time and only resumed work in November so my salary on the w2 is $8096. However, my expected income as stated on my form is $64000. As aforementioned, I have uploaded my pay stubs from November, 2022 to now. They accepted the w2 tax returns, pay stubs and job offer letter. (For the i864ez, it said invalid) Does it mean that I met the financial requirements though they are asking me to do the i864 instead? Please note, I have uploaded the i864 but did not include assets as my income for 2023 will be $64000. And as I said, every paystub from November 2022, I have uploaded. Does it mean that I met the financial requirements though they are asking me to do the i864 instead?
