  1. When I file my taxes digitally it doesn't require a signature on the actual 1040. Should I sign these retroactively for the visa interview or is it ok without the signature. I have the tax transcripts that match my 1040s as well
  2. My fiances interview is at the end of the month. My mother is going to be a joint sponsor. Do we simply both fill out our own I-134?
  3. Technically yes my current income meets the requirements, but I only started the job this month. I will have two recent paystubs to show my income when she goes to the interview. 4. I met my fiance while working as a teacher in her country. My income did not come from a US company so I am unable to sponsor my fiance myself because my taxable income is almost zero because foreign income is not subjective to taxes below a certain amount. As a result my mom is going to co sponsor for my fiance to come. My mom is retired, but her annual income according to her 1040 is like 30k. Her income comes from dividends and her IRA. I know I need to show her tax returns, but do I need to provide more evidence regarding these investment accounts because she does not have a W2 since she is not employed. As of August am back in the US and am working for a public school, so I do have paystubs to show I have income. This is the current situation. My fiance has her interview in a month. How can I best prepare the proof of income based on my situation?
