First of all, thank you for your patience. So are you saying that the younger child might not be approved if either me or my parents file the petition?

So basically my nephew who is a citizen could apply for them when he is 21+ years old, even if I have filed a petition for my brother and family?

Hi, a little background before my questions. I am US citizen about to file I130 for my brother that lives in Honduras, he is married and has two children, which the oldest is a US Citizen. So… 1. Will they be able to visit the US with their tourist visas once I file the I130 and during the whole process which will take many many years? Or will their tourist visas get canceled and they can’t enter the US at all? 2. My parents live in the US with green card, can they petition their son (my brother) once they become citizens, even though I would have already started the process? 3. When I was filling out the I130 form, there is a question regarding previous petitions filed and they ask in what city I filed those petitions, so I’m confused if it’s the city I live or something else.
