I can't pinpoint it, but my gut tells me something ain't right in how we're trying to schedule. Please tell us if we're on the right track or not. This is what we do.. We login and we land here.
The fact that "Fee Payment" is blank is messing with my head. I don't get why that box is even there. Is it intended to be a payment status? If so, why is it empty? If we didn't pay, would we not be able to login?
We click "Schedule IV appointment, and we're taken here.
We click the drop down and only see "Manila OFC". Selecting this gives us the infamous "No Slots Available".
Are we going about this correctly?
