Not sure I came when I was 8 in 2007 I’m now 25 Yes he was born here -
My husband and I started the process with a lawyer im aware he filled for form I-130 my case made it to the national visa center all of it took years I began asking questions the lawyer didn’t like that we ended bad my husband decided to join the military I filled for military parole in place on my own I couldn’t afford a lawyer anymore I didn’t want to spend all this money on another one and it be the same case I optioned my I-94 now I’m stuck on what my next step should be originally I thought I should file for I-765 and I-130 but can I instead do I-485 is that even an option? please help !!
