    The consulate told my mother that she fulfilled all the visa requirements and will get her visa in 10 days and hold her passport in march 03 this year. After sometime and continuous check I found they put her on pending for review status. Its been 6 months now and still they are saying pending for review. Tried asking congress representative for followup with the embassy but nothing happened. What should be the next step?. Can we do any expedite request? .
