Right, but Im wondering because I was placed in witness protection having undergone a complete name change and pretty much "erasing" my father out of the picture legally is this information still required on I29F?. I have a birth certificate from Alberta, Canada and this document doesn't even include my parents names on it just mine.
  3. Hi there, I was wondering if someone could answer some questions about filling out form I29F for me. As the beneficiary, the form asks for my parents information. Long story short when I was still a child I was placed in witness protection which meant an entire identity change. Would I still need to include my fathers information (who was taken out of the picture) on I29F and as well include "other names used". Thanks!
