    Hello, I’ve got I 130 approved, but USCIS retained it and requested us to file I 824 due to reason that I didn’t indicate whether the beneficiary will apply for immigrant visa abroad or will apply for AOS. I filed the I 824 but the direct mailing address is totally confusing me , particularly the part where we should write on the mailing envelope (attn: NFB) , will appreciate your reply, thx
