Interview is July 1. I was told from the person helping us it takes 3 days to get the documents back. Can anyone confirm?

Update:Waiting for the I130 to process. Meanwhile, I have a question. Can she apply for a visitors VISA, my friend said I can invite her through a notarized letter inviting her to come visit me. He called the form a DS260. Anyone else know the ins/outs of this and if it's possible?

On my way to see my "Wife". After returning, we will file for the I-130. Can't wait to bring her home, so we can finally be together everyday. It's been hard being away from her for so long. I can't imagine how others were able to manage the immigration process.

It's almost been 2 years before we married. I get though what your saying. When I met my previous wife, 1 week 3 days later I asked her to marry me. We were married 25 years before she passed. I hate that government likes to dictate our lives.

Hired a Thai lawyer who also lived in the united states for a while. It's funny how people can come over the border from Mexico. And is accepted. But when we do it the right way, we Are given a hard time about it.

It's been since March 13 since I've seen Sunantha in person. So looking forward to seeing her again 15th/16th of Oct. I fly out 14th pm. SAT. arrive 15th 7pm, but it will be 8am Monday there in Thailand. I miss her touch so much. I will enjoy every minute there with her. We both love to cook. I am an amature compared to Sunantha. Going to sip some wine, maybe some champagne, while we cook. Our hotel room is like a small apartment with a small kitchen. Can't wait.

Hello Everyone. I am new here. Was referred by someone that had gone through the k1 process. I am very frustrated at the moment. I just got the update that the case and it was denied. I am not sure why yet. Still waiting for the paper to show up that tells me. I don't understand why they just can't give me an explanation when I sign into the account at uscis. Why do I have to wait for snail-mail. Can anyone confirm this for me. A coworker said, sometimes a deny is a soft deny. Meaning they require something further. Is this true or once it says denied, that's it? Also, I've read on the internet two different things. One thing says I can appeal it, the other says I cannot. Which it true?
