  • Our Story
I met Sunantha on Tinder on 11/21/2021. The 2nd day we were talking on whatsapp and never missed a day since. We are literally 12 hours apart. So my mornings are her nights and her mornings my night.

We decided to get married not to long after meeting. After talking for a year and while waiting for the k1 to process I could finally travel Thailand in March of this year (2023) to finally meet her in person. It was like we had always been together. It was a real bliss of feelings while together. I felt like a young teenager again. It was incredible.

  1. Interview is July 1. I was told from the person helping us it takes 3 days to get the documents back. Can anyone confirm?
  2. Thanks for the feedback. After researching all the options, just gonna stick with what's going on and be patient until the I130 is approved.
  3. Update:Waiting for the I130 to process. Meanwhile, I have a question. Can she apply for a visitors VISA, my friend said I can invite her through a notarized letter inviting her to come visit me. He called the form a DS260. Anyone else know the ins/outs of this and if it's possible?
  4. Hello Everyone. I am new here. Was referred by someone that had gone through the k1 process. I am very frustrated at the moment. I just got the update that the case and it was denied. I am not sure why yet. Still waiting for the paper to show up that tells me. I don't understand why they just can't give me an explanation when I sign into the account at uscis. Why do I have to wait for snail-mail. Can anyone confirm this for me. A coworker said, sometimes a deny is a soft deny. Meaning they require something further. Is this true or once it says denied, that's it? Also, I've read on the internet two different things. One thing says I can appeal it, the other says I cannot. Which it true? Thank You for any feedback. Peter
