My son had his interview yesterday. The CO gave him the 221g asking to submit my advisory of marriages ( I'm still married in the Philippines with the biological father but he filed a divorce when we went to the US and he remarried somebody else. I remarried after 5 years. My current husband is the petitioner of my son and he was also my petitioner when I applied for an adjustment of status here in the US.) They were also asking for a copy of divorce decree between me and the biological father of my son which took place in the US. I already requested for a advisory of marriage from PSA.
They were asking for my I-864a. I am unemployed. And I'm only helping my husband managing his business for free. Should I still submit the form? My son made a mistake when the CO asked him if I'm working. He told the CO that I'm working.
They were also asking for my husband's timeline of marriages and divorce. Signed and notarized. Eventhough we uploaded all those civil documents to prove the legality of our union. He was my petitioner, too. I got my GC in 2015.
I'm getting anxious about this and I've been longing to be with my son after so many years that we're apart. I couldn't really sleep. Yesterday I was so excited today I'm feeling so depressed.
