Tried calling the number - nobody answers. Tried emailing them - nobody responds. Tried the chat feature as well - got this message "Please wait. One of the customer service operators will answer you as soon as possible." and nobody joins. Do i have any hope? My appointment is on August 29th.

I have the same problem wherein my DS-160 is not accessible anymore and i m unable to update the appointment with a new DS-160. My visa appointment is on August 29th in Hyderabad. Can someone provide the help desk phone number? Looks like multiple folks have this problem.
