BLC, I tried everything you mentioned. Today I went to the translation service and opened up my file on their computer. Sure enough the downloads were there. She said that maybe I did not have the feature on my iPhone or iPad and that’s why they did not open up. But the files that I downloaded to the USCIS open immediately on her computer. I am trying to download pictures and documents online to the USCIS from my iPhone and have also tried using my iPad. I have downloaded the photos and documents using the proper size JPEG files as well as PDF files per instructions. The files show up on the online form but when I click on the Files to open them they are blank. Has anyone else had this problem or can instruct me on what it is I am doing wrong? I am not receiving an error message on the form. Thanks for any help.
