    She had her interview today and her visa was approved 😃

    Managed to finally get an interview slot for January. The race is now on to schedule a medical appointment and get our paperwork in order. Super happy since no new slots were appearing.

    Petitioner will get an email from NVC with the case number. With that you can submit the DS-160, but you can start on that while waiting. afterwards the beneficiary should receive a package mailed to them. NVC sometimes takes a while. We had to read out after a month to get a status update. Then a week later we got the email. Congratulations and happy new year.

    Thank you. She cancelled the one for the 14th since she didn't feel ready and I was not going to be able to join her. No replacement date yet. Apparently Feb 23 is bad luck. Hopefully she finds a date that is suitable.

    I would like her to change it. She needs to get her medical and police record by the time of the interview. Not sure if she will have everything ready. I wanted early but this was a huge surprise to me. Seeing if it is possible to change it.
