Updated AOS and evidence of current income. .. payslips, Employer letter with pay details etc. If 2023 tax return was not submitted to NVC, then download the IRS tax transcript and take that also
Moved to IR/CR 1 process forum

But if the interviewer asks what is your husbands occupation, then she will respond saying the new title. Wouldnt it trigger alarms?
Hi what did you do ? Did you take the new updated i864 ?

I'm not sure how it is in your area/province. Usually, adults do not need 15 vaccines, were you ever vaccinated in the past?
Nope i only had covid vaccine lol.

Verify with the clinic. If I remember correctly, not all of them in Canada provide vaccine. Will certainly be much cheaper/maybe free at a community clinic near you.
Hi thanks for your help .
You went to community clinic to get the vaccinations? Coz yes you r right its very expensive in other places.

Put “No”. In the explanation section put “ Will be completed at Medical” assuming that’s your plan ..
Thanks so much .. so i can get vaccinated at panel physician on my medical exam date ?

Hi all
I am in the middle of completing my ds260 but i am stuck at the question asking if I have the records of vaccinations as stated by US law. When i checked their site it states many vaccines around 15 vaccines from which i only have covid vaccine record. So should i put No ? And what should i put in the explanation for No?

Hello your responses are highly appreciated.
Do we have to submit the bank statements and pay slips of the petitioner along with i1864 and tax transcripts ?
Is it necessary? And if its necessary how many months bank statements and pay slips are needed?

Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum. Not sure how long ago this forum was last updated but I am also a May 2023 filer for my spouse, who is in NZ.
We filed on May 3, 2023
Case being actively reviewed notice - June 1, 2023
Texas Service Center
Before it used to show a timeline, now it's been at the status " Your case is taking longer than expected to process" for quite some time now. I've read around other forums and it looks like this is normal as others are experiencing it too.
Our case is coming to almost a year now and I am just getting agitated to receive some type of update or course of action. Can someone respond to this thread with any of their updates as well?
Same here ... been quite some time saying " the case is taking longer than expected " . NO UPDATE ON IT yet really getting frustrated 😒..

Do nothing unless asked. If asked, verbally respond with accuracy. Beneficiary will soon quite the job and immigrate to the USA anyway. It's not really relevant, unless they went to work building bombs.
Thanks 😊

Not a problem - update them at interview.
Thanks a lot ...
Do we need to redo the ds 260 ? Or just print the current one and then verbally update the consulate at the time of interview ?
-
Hi
Can a beneficiary change jobs after submitting ds 260 ? What should we do in that case ?
Has anyone gone through this situation?
-
Did anyone else who applied in May got NOA2 ?
