    Thanks Derek Even my spouse changed his job in September and the income is almost same just 1000 dollars up so i would just take updated i1864 with the old one and proof of current employment since we have been already dqed with 2023 w2s , tax transcripts ..

    Thanks so much for your reply I already got my interview date and registered.. But should i upload a new i1864ez as there is no other changes other than his current job change and the income is also same as of last job. We already uploaded 2023 tax forms , 2023 W2s. Should i need to redo i1864ez or just bring his current employment paystubs straight to interview.

    Hi all your advice is greatly appreciated on this. My spouse changed his job in the month of September after we got dqed. His current annual income information is almost same as of last i1864ez we filled out , we never had joint sponsor before and now with his new job too we dont need one. So should we fill out a new i1864ez ? And bring that to interview along with paystubs from his current job ?

    So that means there is no way other than filing non resident taxes and continue working for Canadian employer... Wont we be a factual resident then instead of non resident if we still have some ties in Canada.

    What if we are keeping job and our house in Canada. And later come back to Canada then sever ties and finally move out ?

    Hi all Need your precious advice and opinions to this question. Can we work for a Canadian employer from USA and get paid in CAD? When do we have to inform CRA ? Is it the date we entered USA on IV but still have a job in Canada ? Or is it the date we actually left our job and completely cut all the ties like quit job , sell the house etc?

    I doubt if June DQs after 10th would be covered next batch coz they last time covered March13th April 10th and this time they covered April11th to May 10th so probably next will be May11th to June10th.. God knows if they follow this pattern or not coz nothing can be predicted right now..

    They covered and sent out letters for April 11th to May 10th DQ gyz... and the interviews people got are in November for these DQs..

    Does anyone know what is happening with consulates why they are not sending out interview letters? The Consulate in Canada has completely stopped giving interview letters after March 12 Dq people. Is this same case for other countries as well? Anybody know???????

    Those are the people who got skipped in Sept-Nov DQ list and didnt got their interview letters with others.

    I understand you dear .. i am going through the same situation... Every day i am in stress , dont feel like doing anything , whenever i see my other couple friends enjoying i am full in tears 😭 i miss my spouse .. and its getting extremely hard .. to wait this long .. 4 months to mark we got Dqed and no sign of interview ..

    You just only need to get a new one for your current country of residence. The PCC from previous country you lived in is valid for infinite time unless you go back to that country again before your interview.
