  1. Yeah thank yo for informing me Annual income is written by my joint sponsor's company so the annual income is correct. But thank you for helping me
  2. I have 8 of proof of relationships and 8 letters from me and my wife's friend to proof our relationship. I don't know if those help my case or not but Thank you so much for helping our case. As you helped me, me and wife felt better and better. I think we will collect more proof of relationship and submit the application with the joint sponsor. (We've been looking for a joint sponsor for 6 months already) And see what's going to happen. If you guys have more information or advices, please let me know. All your ideas are helping our case.
  3. They married and they live together. I asked his wife to be a joint sponsor as well, but his wife is not comfortable to be. I'm living in Missouri so she is scared to immigration (That's what she told me). The husband is really helpful but I can't ask his wife to be a joint sponsor.
  4. I don't want to think so but the annual income is the income on verification of employment? Or is it something different? Thank you so much for helping me
  5. I see. My wife just graduated a college and she just started working last year. So we don't have much tax information last 5 years too. It may be not good looking for USCIS.
  6. My wife's verification of employment letter said the annual income is $24,960 for this year. And guideline for 2 household (me and my wife) is $22,887. Do you think I can submit the document without a joint sponsor?
  7. I see. He actually just started the new job on June. He has been working there just for 2 months so we don't have 6 months of most recent paystubs. Is it going to be a problem?
  8. My joint sponsor's verification of Employment said his annual income is $56,000 for this year
  9. My joint sponsor's verification of Employment said his annual income is $56,000 for this year
  10. Me (immigrant) and My wife (US-citizen) are preparing a document for marriage green card. We already married but still figuring out to get a green card. My OPT card was expired so I'm currently unemployed but my wife is working. However, my wife couldn't meet the minimum income so we have a joint sponsor. Unfortunately, his income is $27,500 last year and we need to have income for $28,787 according to the guideline for 3 household (he has a wife). We have $1,287 shortfall. We are planning to add an asset so we can meet the minimum income for joint-sponsor. The joint-sponsor bought a car which was made in 2022 so we are hoping to use it as an asset. The joint-sponsor has a car and his wife also has a car. So they have two cars in his households. And I would like to ask what documents do we have to prepare for that and how to proof the 2022 model car worth more than $1,287 to USCIS? He has a receipt from the purchased Or is there any alternate ideas to cover of $1180 of shortfall? Thank you in advance
