Please note that the petition (Form I-129F) is approved for status under Section 101(a)(5)(k) and is only valid for four (4) months from the initial approval date provided by USCIS. You are required to submit your K-1 application before September 22-2023.
Like you have advised, we went ahead and scheduled for 29th September which is the date available for an interview and we shall submit an inquiry as well to see if that is an issue. Thank you for your guidance.
