How do you reccomend going about it. Saying we were friends now at the next level? Will they accept that

Right. She should have at first said she is visiting her boyfriend. So cutting to the chase. She was nervous to say boyfriend. But now it appears we’re in a lie and am wondering how she can go about saying she is a visiting a boyfriend now without getting revoked. Because when she comes to marry me.. they can call it a fraud. Even though it’s not.

She is using a tourist visa. We are nervous to change the idea to the officers that we are in a serious relationship. Because when the time comes we get married on one of her visits. Will they deny her and revoke her?

Hello, my girl friend who is Colombian and has a very successful business in another country is visiting me at my parents home for 3rd time this year. she was nervous to say she was visiting a boyfriend. So, she showed a letter my mom messaged to her inviting her to stay at our family home. With all of our names. She is my girlfriend however. we discuss a future together and her marrying me here. And that would require her to marry me on one of her visits. SHE HAS NO INTENTION OF OVERSTAYING. And will not! We want to do it legally. But I am nervous they will perceive this as deceptive because she never mentioned me as a boyfriend and my mom invited her. What should we do next time she visits. Our relationship is at a higher level now past friends. We discuss marriage. We love each other.

I was thinking she can say we started as friends but now have become closer and are officially boyfriend and girlfriend, with no current plans, but near future plans to marry.

Well, she was nervous about getting denied entry saying she was visiting a bf. So she said she was visiting my family as a whole Bcuz they all met her too. She will have to change it up now that she’s dating someone in the address she is visiting. I hope that doesn’t bring an issue

My girlfriend has a tourist visa. And she visits as a “family friend” to my family’s house. Can she state to immigration officers that she is visiting a boyfriend with proof of travel, also can I marry her while visiting on a tourist visa or is that fraudulent? I am looking for the quickest, smoothest way possible. Since she has already been visiting me as “ a family friend”. what would be the best option here?
