My wife just did her medical and when the doctor asked her about drugs and alcohol she filled out this form and put 2 zeros at the bottom. Do you know what that means? Did you see anything like that at your medical?

Hi, just filled out my application for my passport courier service for my passport (US immigrant visa) I noticed my laptop auto corrected my name to my maiden name and I'm freaking out because it's saying I have to cancel my appointment to change my name. Please help Note- my DS-260 has both my maiden and marital name. All my paperwork is correct. Just the application for the courier service. -

Hey guys, my wife accidentally put her maiden name on the passport courier service form. Is there anyway way to change this? Everything else is correct it’s just her last name.

I know there’s nothing I can do, I’m just asking. On Reddit people with crimes of moral turpitude were granted visas, so I just wanted to see if anyone with a drink driving charge got a visa. That’s for the help. Hopefully the person doing her medical sees she doesn’t have an alcohol problem

She told her GP the truth. She even had a full medical, blood tests and all

Plus at the medical can’t they tell if someone was addicted to alcohol aren’t there physical signs of addiction.

In her full medical history, her GP documented that she was a current non drinker since her drinking charge

She has been sober for 2 year. She even graduated with a first class degree and works for Cambridge University. I’m very surprised to hear this. She’s far from having a drink problem, she just made a mistake.

Hello everyone, my wife is British and she got a drink driving charge 2 years ago, she is no way an alcohol and has stopped drinking since the incident. Is there any with a similar experience? And if so how way your CR1 visa process

What documents does she need to bring to her medical? Her whole medical history? Or just her vaccination history and her proof of sobriety?

Yes she does, in her medical history it shows she stopped drinking in 2021

She’s from the UK. I thought the rehabilitation was sobriety for 12 months. my wife is the immigrant.

Hello, my wife got a drink driving charge, driving without a license or insurance in 2021. she hasn’t drank any alcohol since her arrest and has really improved her life over all. We’ve just received our dates from the interview and we were wondering what questions will they ask her at her medical and would this be an issue. Has anyone else been in this position, some help would really be appreciated
