    Thanks I guess I mis understood that I needed it now lawyer is back tracking now saying “ oh you can’t get it too early” which is a load of BS I could have gone a month ago and been ready to submit now .:: don’t they get that for us waiting every day COUNTS ??

    Thanks - one last question- my lawyer is saying I can’t submit to NVC to get DQ until I have my crim check ? I did it Monday but it will take up to a month It’s delaying us even more …. I’m loosing my mind here

    Question … I had a TB test YEARS ago and I can’t find the paperwork ( if I even got any?) did you all get a TB test ? I had the shingles vax yesterday( I need to wait now a month for TB test) anyone have any insights ? I have an apt with my NP in June and I will request the TITRES test … ad my vax records are not available

    Hi all I Have an apt for my fingerprints and crim check / he asked if I need digital or print ? im guessing it’s digital 103$ verses the print 65$ anyone know? The paperwork they provided to me doesn’t indicate which one ? he said 2-4 weeks turn around ( fingers crossed ) now I need my vaccine proof and I can see the light !!! ( sorta …) lol

    Lucky not living in uk after age 16 !! I have already set up the answers to the questions( the lawyer sent them over for me to prep) I might look at the commissioners because my local RCMP office isn’t making in person appts and they are not calling me back … nothing about this is easy is it? sigh thanks for the help - after the long 1-30 wait I want to be as prepared as possible ( no more delays !!!)

    What is EMR? I have an apt with my NP is a few weeks I’ll request that again now if you can give me the specifics in what exactly to ask for she told me the travel clinic would do it but they said they only do what’s missing … it’s round and round in circles and I’m waiting to hear from my RCMP crim check division … you need an appt now … ugh !!!! Lol

    I am headed there today - we got the online account invite and have paid the first two fees I have all my vaccinations - but I don’t have proof - I asked my primary heath care practitioner and she didn’t offer options for a blood test to check - im in Vancouver BC any suggestions ??

    Then it goes to Montreal for interview scheduling? do you know roughly what the time for those is? Wanting to give myself an idea so that I have a little predictability!!! I was really hoping for a summer interview / because working it around my work is going to be hsrd but I am NOT missing it!!! Lol

    How long are the interviews taking ? I was approved 1-30 last week and awaiting the next step. wondering roughly what the timeline looks like now ?

    I was 1-30 approved this week- i am UK born but Canadian now and live in Canada. is the wait for a spousal visa interview really 6 months ? I thought it was much less ?

    You were exactly right …. My case went to active review 2 today hubby checked randomly while we were on FT and we could my believe it now I have to sort out part 2 … lol

    Online time frame went from taking longer than expected to six months today Hubby checked and guess what was in the document section? APPROVAL!!!! We had just started looking at other options yesterday because we were so tired of not being together. I guess the universe heard us.

    It’s a year tomorrow for my first ( and only) active review no errors on form no RFE no updates at all since first review may 2,2023 ( pd April 23 2023/ received April 27,2023 ) I told hubby today so of this doesn’t happen what is plan B?
