  1. Okay on the DS-260 it asks "Provide the following information on your last U.S. visa" Well, we had a K-1 in 2012. We left the US in 2013 and properly returned the green card. Then later we have traveled back to the US, through the ESTA or other visa waiver. Last time in 2022 we did the ESTA and there was no stamp in my wife's passport, but in 2017 we did have a "WT" status visa stamp. When I looked this up, this is a "Visa Waiver". So...that's not a visa, right? But there is a stamp. Or do we just put the most recent ESTA approval? Thank you
  2. Okay, I think I have all the documents in order - including a cover letter for the intent to re-establish domicile - but I am unsure of how to actually upload it on the CEAC site. There is the "Proof of US Domicile" tab there. It's definitely that, right? NOW, do I make a SINGLE PDF FILE with the cover letter and ALL the evidence in order, or do I upload them all separately? I have multiple types of evidence - emails, bank statements, voter records, etc. Do I just roll that into one PDF, or put each in its own category and submit multiple times? I'm thinking I should put it all in one, but please correct me if I'm wrong! And one more thing: I know you have to submit forms where it's facing right-side up, but can you submit them in landscape view, but adjusted right-side up? There are some scans that would not be large enough to see if resized to fit on the regular orientation. (Japan if that matters) Thank you!!!
