  1. ok thank you. it does look like he did. couple of yrs ago I emailed NVC about CSPA for him twice and both they said he is f2b, now they put him back to f2a but still he aged out
  2. DOB: 3/1/2000 PD: 5/30/2018 APPROVAL DATE: 3/24/2020 COUNTRY: PHILIPPINES he is now 23 yrs old. so couple of yrs ago before he was 21 yrs old, we were already uploading documents in CEAC. We submitted D 260, paid IV fees (january 2021) , AOS fees (June 2020), submitted all the civil documents. then we got a message (April 2021) that my mother does not have a US domicile, she needs co sponsor. as I was gathering these documents, suddenly we can't upload anything in the CEAC website. I still sent the documents to NVC they need via mail since I could not upload them. the visa class was changed from f22 to f24. from what I understand that time, he was over 21 yrs old, aged out already and NVC automatically put him f2b. there was also was a message in CEAC that due to numerical limitations that a visa is not available at this time.... from time to time I would check CEAC and still can't do anything / upload. I sent an inquiry 1 month ago to NVC to ask if they received the documents I sent via snail mail. NVC replied to the petitioner email and we got a message in CEAC : To Whom it Concerns: We reviewed your petition and we determined that the applicant appears to be eligible for the Child Status Protection Act CSPA benefit. Please note that our determination is not final. A consular officer makes the final determination at the applicant's interview. If you think we made a mistake, please notify us on our Public Inquiry form at https://nvc.state.gov/inquiry. also in the message, they asked for my mom ITR, co sponsor i864 forms and ITR, US domicile. his visa class is now f22. we just submitted all the documents they asked. the NVC response did not specifically mentioned he is back to f2a. which PD I should i look at now? if it is f2A, will he benefit from CSPA if his case becomes current? he might be 24 or older by that time (just a guess)
  3. Mother petitioning brother under F2A We received a message in CEAC that it needs my mother’s tax return. I uploaded it. I know my mother’s income wouldn’t be enough to support my brother so I uploaded the co sponsor forms, my recent tax return and passport. I was able to submit my documents and received a message request to add (my name) as sponsor has been approved. But it still showed my mother’s tax return NOT SUBMITTED. I remembered attaching it but I didn’t hit submit documents yet since I'm uploading my co sponsor documents. When i tried to click it, it just went straight to the applicant required documents but status on everything is ACCEPTED. I tried clicking the submit documents but nothing happens It is hard for me to navigate the website. I’m afraid I messed something up. It took me awhile to learn how to upload the files 😢
  4. hello i put the wrong info DOB: 03/01/2000 PD 5/30/2018 approval date: 3/24/2020 i read about CSPA so i sent an inquiry if he is qualified. The response i got is they escalated it and now the F24 in CEAC website is now F22. We can now also able to put info in it such as affidavit of support and sponsor. his case is not current but how come we are able to navigate the CEAC? i tried using online cspa calculator but it says age is less than 21 but ineligible for visa? if ever he gets interview, is his age frozen at 18 yrs 2 months 15 days? thank you
  5. Yes she wont qualify. That is why i am not even sure if she will stay here longer until my brother’s petition go through. His case is already at nvc. We paid the fees and submitted affidavit of support. It has been 2 yrs and no update after that. We filed petition in 2018
  6. I see. I thought once the case is in nvc and its complete they send your papers to the embassy and will do the interview.
  7. My mother petitioned my brother. She submitted documents, paid fees, i co sponsored. These were all done 2 yrs ago. The CEAC website says IV status complete. It doesn’t say anything about the documents we submitted. I sent inquiry to the NVC but no response yet. DOB: 3/1/2018 PD: 5/30/2018 approval date: 3/24/2020
  8. I believe she doesn’t. She has been going back and forth to the Philippines
