    Finally after confusion with the i 864s, i got DQ. Do i contact the embassy in manila to schedule my interview next month since PD will be current? I read people been waiting for months and years to be interviewed. When do i do the medical? thank you

    I was trying to use the cspa calculator. I put the date 10/01/2023 which my pd will be current but it says Visa Bulletin Current Date cannot be in future?

    I got an rfe again. My mom and sister got the sponsor, co sponsor, household member signatures got mixed up. So we submitted it today again

    Oh my gawd that’s crazy that even after the interview you still couldn’t get a visa if your pd suddenly not current anymore

    If i get switched to f2b, my pd is 2018. If f2b right i now is 2011, will it be estimated 7 yrs unless it doesn’t move or retrogress?

    I looked up vb for oct and it says f2a will be feb 8, 2019. Does that mean my pd will be current? But that’s for next month. Can it still change like retrogress again?

    hello, just a quick back ground, im a USC. I petitioned my mother. my mother is LPR who petitioned my unmarried brother who is over 21 yrs old. his PD is 2018. my mother is not sure if she really wants to live permanently in the USA due to her medical conditions. is it possible if I will apply sibling petition at the same time? I know it will take decades but there is no other route my brother can come here if my mom's petition fall off. thank you
