Hi Carla, Thanks for your reply. I contacted Emma but the IVA is unable to give me the date / time of the ceremony.. I have a travel pending and wanted to replan (if needed) after finding the date. How did you get Emma share the date/ timings?.I typed in about the difficulty in opening the doc , and the reply I got is I am sorry about the technical difficulty and my developers are working on it. nothing more to that..

Thanks, I think in the worst case if we dont get the letter, we can take a print out of the document from our account, yes, I have been checking my account since yday but the status remains the same.

My N400 interview was on August 1st and got recommendation for approval. My status changed to "Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed" on 8/1. And the Oath Ceremony Scheduled.pdf appeared under Documents in my online account on 8/2. However I am not able to open the document. Whenever I try to click on the document, I get an error message saying {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} I have read in forums that the postal mail might get delayed while getting delivered to our address. I am unable to reach the customer center over phone, as the system does not allow me to continue beyond a certain point , Has anyone faced this problem? Any feedback will be much appreciated.
