Ah ok. Because he isn't in portugal he cannot get one from the loja do cidadao. He has one from 2008, but I'm not sure they will accept it. The portuguese embassy is dragging their feet sending the one that *Should* Have english on it... So we may just translate what he has and go from there.. His Interview is June 12 so we are at the wire as far as the Portuguese Embassy getting him the new copy!

Hello! We have our interview in June as well at the Paris embassy, my fiance is currently residing in France but is Portuguese... His birth certificate is in portuguese only. Are you having yours translated? Or is yours already in English as well? He requested a new one over a month ago and they are dragging their feet, so We are trying to determine if the Paris embassy will take portuguese language or not since they handle portugal residents! Thanks!
