They have a very poor profile creating system. They dont indicate which value has the error. I hope that when you update the username to something that is not like email address, it works. Otherwise please check other fields.

yes I got the same error - solution is that the username cannot have @ or email address. When I updated that, it worked.

Hi, I has the same error and was going over all my previous emails and realized they have changed their website to a new one https://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/en/nonimmigrant-visa You will have to re-register but once you complete that and log in, it will automatically pull all your data in.
