I'm a PhD student on an F1 visa currently in the US. I visited home in Jan 2023 and a few weeks after I came back to the US, my wife and I got married. She used to be on an F1 visa too but applied for a Green Card through EB2 NIW category in February of 2022. Her I40 was approved a few months before we got married, but the I485 is still pending and her priority date has just become current. We have decided to file a green card for me too. In terms of timing, do you see any issue if I file a "follow to join" application? Thanks.
