  1. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
  2. Hello, I'm looking for some guidance about my case. I have been without going to the US for seven years without re-entry. Before leaving, I had applied for a re-entry permit, which has already expired, as well as my green card. Additionally, I applied for an SB1 visa, but it was denied. Now, I'm planning on taking my chances and flying out. Is there anything I need to know before boarding or after I land? I'm pretty sure they are going to ask me a lot of questions, and there is a big possibility I might be denied entry. Should I need to sign something? Or do I have to avoid signing anything? Any advice is appreciated. Also, it's better if I just filed an i-90 file and have the receipt? Can I apply for it while being out? The last question I have is I'm from the Dominican Republic, can an airline deny the board just because my green card is expired or do I have several years without going? My father became a U.S. citizen when I was a minor. Is there any possibility that I can acquire citizenship through him since I was a minor? I became a LPR in 2010. He became a citizen in 2007. I know it was 100% my fault. Just trying to know my chances.
