  1. I know. I am just trying to make myself feel better about it all.
  2. Last year we didn't have significant movement until May Visa Bulletin. I wonder if that trend will continue...
  3. Another good indicator of bulletin moving more regularly would be if they move the filing date because that hasn't moved either in a long time. My medicals are going to expire in August and it would be really annoying to have to pay again for an updated medical.
  4. Jan 2025 bulletin is out. Slight final action date movement. May 1st 2016 ---> May 22nd 2016
  5. December Bulletin out and no movement. The most annoying fact is according to Charlie there will be an estimated 10,000-15,000 unused family visa numbers for fiscal year 2024.
  6. No movement for Oct 2024 visa bulletin. Maybe next month...
  7. Sept Visa Bulletin is out, and it's bad news. No movement.
  8. August Bulletin is out. No movement for F2B. Statistics for May are also out. DR received 349 F2B visas.
  9. I would make it clear at the interview that she would like to remain as an F2B. I don't think a letter in addition is necessary, but at the same time it probably wouldn't hurt.
  10. I'm surprised they haven't moved the filing date yet for F2B.
  11. Charlie is still predicting forward movement for all family categories. We will see if he's right in the next few bulletins.
  12. June 2024 Visa Bulletin is out. No movement this month. Not too surprising with how much it moved last month.
  13. And Charlie Oppenheim is predicting steady (perhaps even rapid) movement in all family categories between now and september. Let's all stay positive!
  14. Nice! That's now two months in a row that Dominican Republic received a lower, more reasonable amount of visas.
  15. I don't think it matters, but how is it possible you haven't had your interview scheduled yet? You've had a PD that's been current for awhile. Also, unrelated and for those interested, USCIS has released more info on last years visa numbers. Check it out at below link: https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Immigrant-Statistics/WaitingList/WaitingListItem_2023_vF.pdf
