    Thank you for your advice and understanding, and you're right I tried to contact them but it said I'm still within the normal timeframe while everyone else is keep getting approved everyday. Oh my God my brain is shaking 🫨. It's hard it's tough and it's so long . I guess I only have one option and that is only wait wait and wait more than ever

    Hi all, I received my first noa April 15 2024, after that nothing moved , I am anxious and getting so curious why would that happen when people who applied way after than me are getting approved which is a very good thing, but how come I would be stuck at this stage ?? Anyone have any information on that or something???

    You guys from Philippines are lucky , USCIS is processing the cases from your country so fast . I would say just take it .

    VJ estimates are based on the analysis of the most cases . These are not 100%, mine says July 15 when I filed in April. Now that adjudicated date has been long passed and I'm still waiting to hear something from USCIS. 😆 I'm thinking USCIS will tell me something in Oct or Nov 25. That's my estimate. So always give it 2-3 months extra on top of VJ estimates. Good luck to all of us stay positive and be hopeful 👍

    Status was updated on November 2nd for RFE , still waiting for the mail to come in after 14 days

    Yes I did , She says my case is within the posted time frame by USCIS , wich is true , according to the congresswoman as long as my case is processing normally within the posted estimated wait time then they can't do much about it 😕 , which I understood and standing in line .

    Thank you for a detailed answer , and thanks to everyone else as well I appreciate everyone's time and thoughts. And yes it makes sense that they pushed me to the bottom because I had a thick application with a lot of supporting documents needs a lot of investigation. And then initiate an answer of some nature. I thank everyone again

    You're absolutely right I agree with that , but how come they processed all other cases and not mine , I'm just asking everyone here if that's happening to anyone else as well or it's just me alone in this sinking boat 😌

    I have an account and things aren't even moving there , like no answer at all . While in the mean time everyone on this platform who applied the same application on the same day with me they all got their approvals . And I couldn't figure the reason that why mine is crawling like an injured snail 🐌

    I don't even know how to make inquiries, because according to USCIS timeline the earliest I can ask them any questions or initiate any inquiry is April 24 2024 , is changing address effects the case you think, coz I had to change my address twice last year 😔

    Hi, my noa1 is dated September 1st 22 , but nothing received after that , we definitely got skipped for good 😢
