Part 2: other Information 5: How do I find the Alien registration number? is it the same as the case number? 6: I have A USCIS online account, my wife does not. should I put my account number or leave it blank? Part 6. Sponsors Employment and Income my income wont count because Im working overseas, My Father is going to be my joint sponsor. Evidence: My father is retired but his wife still works, they file joint taxes. father will be filing the I-864 and wife is filing the I-864a. Submitting: Do I combine the I-864 pdf with the evidence or keep them separate? all together I should be submitting (1) my I-864 pdf (1) my tax transcript or 2022 amended tax return (1) father I-864 pdf (1) father evidence pdf (1) mothers I-864a pdf (1) mothers evidence pdf (1) father/mothers joint 2022 tax transcript anything I am missing or need to change?
  3. My I-130 was approved and I want to make sure I understand things. Here is what I think I understand USCIS will send me an approval letter and send my file to the NVC. NVC will then create a case number with invoice ID and send me a welcome letter by e-mail and mail. I then Use the case number to log onto the CEAC website and pay the NVC processing and affidavit of support fee. I can then start uploading documents after the fees are processed. Is the USCIS letter they send me the same as the I-130 approval that's on the USCIS website? The NVC says it is currently processing cases received from USCIS on 13 Jun. does this mean I should expect to hear from NVC around the beginning of September? Is there a way to pay the NVC fees sooner? I am assuming no, but want to make sure. I thought that NVC wouldn't create a case until the fees were paid, or would they just not approve anything until its paid? I have everything ready and am only waiting for my Police certificate.
