  1. Depends on your PD. We applied end of September, and I am pretty sure we'll be approved in November. It's taking 13 months, 3 weeks, and 3 days on average right now.
  2. For June I think the amount of approvals I've seen for 29th and 30th June I would think both those dates should be pretty much mostly cleared now. I am also seeing first week of July approvals trickling in. I would assume the service center and individual pace of officers makes that margin of difference here.
  3. I've seen approvals for up to 3rd July on other websites/forums. I think July filers here on VJ will start seeing their turn coming soon now. I predict mid-July filers to see approvals by end of first week of September.
  4. I also saw someone yesterday on Reddit get approved with a PD of 27th June. Their approval came from California.
  5. It's based off the Priority Date written on your receipt notice.
  6. If it's not avaialble in the country of interview at all then you will probably need a waiver. If I'm not mistaken this will be confirmed at the medical itself on what needs to be done about any missing vaccines that aren't available. This has nothing to do with the titers test.
  7. The COVID-19 booster shot requirement has now changed to being within 6 months of the interview date. It used to be 12 months. Most probably, anyone getting a medical done hasn’t had a booster in the last 6 months, so it’s more than likely everyone needs a booster shot now.
  8. For those in June still waiting, saw a few people on Reddit who got approved for PD 19th June. Hopefully dates 20th and above will see theirs soon too.
  9. Yeah it’s been jumping between mid-Oct to mid-Nov for me. It’s been a bit unstable.
  10. Thank you! I mean for I-130 stage specifically. I ask because I remember over a year back when looking into this whole process I read something about background checks, and how background checks go quicker for military veterans. It was a very random bit of information that I never came across again. Never heard 'background checks' ever mentioned in general about I-130's either. So I've been wondering since then what it was I read so long ago and had presumed it was inaccurate information.
  11. Interesting. Are these 'background checks' done on the petitioner, I assume? Like the type they do on the beneficiary at the next stage if put in AP? I always thought they don't do background checks like that at the I-130 phase.
  12. Those October approvals are probably AOS. For some reason, AOS I-130's get processed faster. Seems unfair as we're the ones living apart from our spouses, and they're with them in the process. But I am sure there's a logical administrative reasoning behind that.
  13. They do not ... but I have a hunch unless the status goes into 'actively reviewing' 24 hours before the approval notice, any other time they update the status to 'actively reviewing' it means your case was transferred to another service center. I think that status update is just a universal language every type of case 'touch' triggers.
  14. Just keep asking for a live agent when chatting to Emma - eventually you will be transferred to a real human instead of a robot.
  15. I think London is 3-5 months on average from DQ date. I haven't really been following that stage as crazily as I have for I-130's, lol. Yes, that address will show you where it is. BUT, they're mostly transferred to different service centers. To find out where it is right now, you need to ask a live agent when chatting to Emma. I specifically asked them which service center each application was at. I actually asked twice a few weeks apart to confirm that one of the kids was truly at a different service center 😅
  16. Everyone says the petitions are processed separately and will come through at different times, and to wait at NVC stage until all are gathered as approved. BUT, from everything I've read of everyone's experiences, if you've correctly mentioned the others in each I-130 where it asks if they're immigrating together, they are typically approved simultaneously. One recent case on here of a June filer saw that her spouse got an RFE and the same day both kids were approved. I do wonder about the different service centers though. We are also petitioning for 3 - spouse and two kids - and the spouse and one child is at Nebraska (transferred from Texas), and the other child is in California (transferred from Texas). Lastly, I find California and Vermont processing times on VJ have been out of whack for a few months. They are fluctuating significantly. They're all approving mid-June right now.
  17. If current trend continues, we should see July approvals start rolling in mid-August. If we're lucky, it'll start before then
  18. The ones that they are approving for March 2024 are most likely not consular processing ones. There are other subdivisions within I-130’s, such as those filing for AOS.
  19. They had normal amount of applications in May 2023. It was March 2024 that saw more than double.
  20. contact visa medical center in UK and ask them directly about your situation. They are quite responsive.
  21. It’s a combo of different websites giving lists of approvals. It’s a long daily process I do to keep busy lol. If I have the time one day to type it out in detail I will do! Someone on Reddit from TSC got approved with a 6/9 PD. Yours will probably be any second now.
  22. I did notice they've been clearing 2 PD's per working day of this week so far. If they keep up this pace (or hopefully get even quicker) then we can see processing times start reducing! It has slowed down to just one PD being cleared in 3 working days up until last week! So this is definitely going better this week so far.
  23. If feel like the processing times showing for California are glitched? If you put California in your timeline it does not show a quicker approval estimate. I don’t know.
  24. What are the rest of you guys in Sept seeing in your VJ estimated processing time?
