Edit: country of birth is India -
NVC requires my birth certificate as evidence, but my birth certificate does not have my name. From my research it appears that this will not be accepted by NVC. Instructions are provided for those who do not have a birth certificate ( you will need to get a "certificate of non-availability") but this does not seem to apply to me, because I do have my birth certificate... Should I then just use my no-name birth certificate, along with secondary evidence?
