Thank you for your feedback. The reason for going for H1B1 is that it is available all year and visas can be obtained in a short amount of time. I'm looking for only an entry, and like you mentioned, I'll go on to H1B later on.

Please let me know if you know any hiring firms or consultants who work with H1B1 visas. I see numerous chances for my skills, but most employers are hesitant to continue the process because they do not grasp the distinction between H1B and H1B1. Appreciated
