Hi everyone! I was wondering if anybody else was experiencing the same problem(Dilemma) as I am. I've had an unpaid credit card for over three years due to unforeseen circumstances. My interview at the US Embassy is planned for August. Is it possible to bring it up during the interview, or, in the worst-case situation, to be denied getting a visa? by the way, I was able to get my NBI and Police Clearance without any derogatory remarks. I know I need to pay my bills, but I don't have the funds right now. Because of those unanticipated circumstances, I'm still attempting to get back on my feet. Now, getting to the US is one of the best possible options for both parties—the bank and me. I am quite worried and concerned since my family has been waiting for the petition for about 12 years.
