    hello just an update for my case. I applied May 22 had an interview today October 25 and I am scheduled to take my oath Friday, October 27. Super excited ! Good luck to all !

    Hi- dial USCIS # 1 (800) 375-5283 and follow the prompt to make changes to your case . The officer on the line will not know what you are calling about and just ask if your case is in the queue for an appointment or whatever else you need to ask . Good luck ! There is hope 😊.     I filed my application May 23 in San Jose,CA. My status says case is being reviewed 😣.. I called USCIS about 1 week and a half and they said they have requested an interview appt to my field office but one is not available yet. Maybe SJ field office is super busy 🤷‍♀️.. good luck to all and hopefully we get that interview appt soon !

    Yes I did all that submitted all the court fees shown as paid . Certificate of completion for my DUI 3 program . Everything I can think of was submitted lol or I have copy on hand.

    Yes , I have certified copies which I also submitted a copy plus copies of community service completed . I can’t get proof of court probation since I was not monitor by an actual probation office just the court , my court can’t provide anything on that just an over the phone confirmation that all has been completed , bummer .

    No kids in the car just me and my husband, no body was hurt and I believe my alcohol level was 1.2 I been good all my life except that one time 8 years ago. Which I very much regret, Thank you for your comments.

    Hi yes , I disclosed my criminal charge on my application , I was guilty of a misdemeanor dui , my first time and only criminal record since then no other charges . Not even a traffic ticket . I did have my license suspended for 6 months and had to do a 3 month program mandatory by court . I live in California and I received a 3 year court probation . My disposition say 6 days jail time but judge granted me community service instead which I completed.

    Hi do you mind sharing what year did this misdemeanor happen? I have one from 2015. Filed under 3 year rule although I been a green card holder since 2012, I’m a bit worry . Let us know when you have an update please .

    Hi everyone ! Filed 5/22/23 - received by USCIS on May 23-biometric reuse May 23. Now waiting for interview I’m in California, under 3 yr rule Married to same US citizen since I received my green card in 2012. Good luck all
