Hello, everyone. I’m currently on a j1 visa right now and I met someone in the military and we’re planning to get married. I noticed something on my visa. I am subjected to 212(E) but I wasn’t under any special skill list on my country nor received government funding to go here in US. The only option I’m looking into is the advisory opinion because my country (Philippines) does not do waiver. Is there any other option that I might be missing other than the advisory opinion?
