Thanks for all the responses. @Boiler If I were to first enter the US on a TN visa then get married, Can I easily apply for a greencard to update my status?

Hi, I'm a Canadian citizen (living in Canada) and my fiance is a US citizen. We're planning to get married soon, and for me to move to the US. When I looked up the processing times of the CR1 or conditional green card, it was over 7 months. I'm wondering if there is a way I can move to the US and start working immediately after getting married until the green card is processed. I'm a software engineer, so I think I can easily get a job there if I have the right paperwork. Thanks in advance
