I got GC more than 10 years ago from marriage, not apply citizenship yet. I keep marriage with the same person.
Recently we found my US citizen spouse farther info on marriage certificate was wrong, it does not match the farther info on his birth certificate. We already contacted CA status and they confirmed we can request the amendment for marriage certificate to correct father info.
Since we submitted the marriage certificate for my GC, do we need to submit the amended marriage certificate to USCIS? His father is not a supporting financially for my GC. Just his name is listed incorrectly on our marriage certificate.
