    thanks for the reply! OK a couple things cause i am VERY new to this. we've already met many times, here and in Peru, does that change anything? that Utah thing seems interesting. i didn't even think about doing it online.

    My fiance lives in Peru, I live in the northeast US. I'm just trying to get the ball rolling on this but it seems so confusing. we want to get married asap and have her be allowed to live here. she already has a tourism visa for the US and has visited here, if that helps.. should I call my local USCIS office?
