  1. I sent hers to the same lockbox. No notifications other than the original 3 NOAs received and I can not access the USCIS website without the online access code which still has not arrived.
  2. No I have not. Not home during the day due to work and my wide is taking GED courses. However this week I am off so I will try. Just need the link.
  3. Which lockbox and area are you in. I am in the October group and have nor received the access code nor have received a biometrics appointment for my wife.
  4. Still waiting for the account log in code from USCIS. Nothing since the 3 NOA receipts arrived 2 weeks ago.....frustrating. Nothing for biometrics, yet someone in the November group has there's already and they filed after us.....must be the different lock boxes and forwarding stuff to the field offices.
  5. Since my wife does not yet have a driver's license I will end up going with her if and when she is scheduled. She will do it in Riverside,CA at the field office there as the San Bernardino USCIS office should be processing her paperwork when the time comes as we live in Riverside County, and that's the location we listed.
  6. How did you attend your biometrics? Did they mail you an appointment notification? My wife wants to do her biometrics, but with the wording on the NOA she received indicating biometrics will be scheduled if needed makes her wonder if they will. During her K1 interview in June in Thailand they took her prints and photo. So maybe she will escape having to do biometrics for her 2 year green card.
  7. Waiting on the code so I can check and see when my wife is scheduled for biometrics, either that or the appointment letter in the mail. Still waiting on that as well.
  8. Life is getting better it seems. We are still waiting on the code for access to the USCIS website
  9. My wife's medical was done in Thailand. I know others elsewhere who did it and had different procedures. We still have the CD for her chest x-ray, they said it was not needed. She did have all of her vaccinations done by the doctor during the medical and then had the Flu vaccination. She had proof of the 2 Astrazenica covid vaccines as well as the Pfizer booster which she gave the doctor at the medical. She then completed the vaccine series for the ones given during the medical just prior to us flying to the US. Those documents were also included with the DS 3025 sent with the I-485. CPB did not want them upon entry.
  10. The original document I-693 was filled out by the Civil surgeon for the K1 visa. All that was given to us was the associated DS-3025 with the immunizations on it after the appointment. I asked the doctor for a copy of the I-693 but was told they could not give one to us as only the original plus a copy, they had made, were already sealed in the package that would be mailed to us after the K1 interview. I was told the package was to stay unopened and given to the CBP agent upon our arrival in the US. When my wife asked the CBP officer at the POE about the form she was told all documents in the envelope were going to be sent to USCIS and were not needed by us. She was told not to worry about it.
  11. Received all three I-797C's in the mail today for my wife's I-485, I-765, and I-131. What I found intriguing is wording indicating that a biometrics appointment may not be necessary, but if one is then an appointment notification will be sent. How long after folks received the NOA did they receive the USCIS log in ID?
  12. I have not seen one posted as of yet. I just did a search and did not find one.
  13. I was told the same thing. With the EAD they will not change it I was told because you are not in LPR status yet.
  14. Give it a day, and you should see your check showing up in your bank account as paid.
  15. I was very surprised my check was deposited the same day my AOS package was received. Maybe because it was the end of the month, no way to tell, but I know others have waited several weeks before their personal check was deposited.
  16. Here's the AOS group if you filed in October 2023. You can follow there. My check by the way was cashed in just a short period of time.
  17. Did you get a text message indicating the packages were received which also included a Case number starting with IOE?
  18. Did you file the G-1145 with your documents so that you could receive the e-mail or get the text messages indicating your case was received which also indicates your receipt numbers which will be on the NOA? As I indicated in an earlier post we mailed ours on the 26th and it was received on the 31st with text messages sent confirming this. Should have the NOA by the end of this week. My check I included was deposited on the 31st and cleared the same day with my Bank. The Chicago lockbox is where I sent the paperwork, as we reside in California. Hoping to get the biometrics out of the way in the next few weeks. My wife already has her SSN, but needs the EAD approval to accept the job she has been offered. She applied for the California Real ID card, but since here I-94 and Visa did not have the required amount of time they just processed her for a regular ID card which should be here by next week.
  19. My wife received 3 text messages just a little bit ago, indicating the 1-485, I-765, and I-131 were received. Each text message has a Receipt# with just the last number being different for each approval. The texts indicate the Form I-797C will follow in the mail. Are the IOE numbers listed for each application, in the texts, the same as the Receipt number which will be listed on the I-797C? Reason for asking is I want to try and add these cases to the USCIS Account we already have. How long is it taking for the on-line access code to show up?
  20. Thanks. Been storing documents in a folder in my desk. She just recieved her California ID card we applied for. Now with that and the SSN she also just received I can add her to the checking/savings account we use. She's a photo nut so her phone storage is always full of photos of us as well as family. We download the photos to a drive on the computer when it tells her her storage is getting full....lol
  21. We applied for my wife's K1 in October of 2021 and its now been 2 years to the day for the AOS.
  22. AOS package was received today at the Chicago lockbox. strange how a delivery which was supposed to be made on Saturday was just delivered today. It has me wondering if they wait for a large amount of mailed documents to arrive at the post office before they are delivered to the Lockbox. SO now the waiting game begins as far as the notifications by text, email and then mail. Keeping my fingers crossed we don't hit any bumps.
  23. Which Lockbox did you send your documents and payment to. I mailed my wife's documents on last Thursday to the Chicago Lockbox. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it shows its still awaiting delivery. Instead of a cashiers check I sent a personal check for the full amount. Keep us updated as to any changes. I will update as well.
  24. What online Tracker? Do you mean the USCIS log in where you input the NOA number?
  25. My now wife applied for a SSN 30 days after we arrived in the US. It arrived the day before I mailed out the AOS package, in which I denoted she had a SSN and I included a copy of it with the I-765 paperwork. The SS card has the following typed on it above her SS number "Valid for work only with DHS Authorization". Has anyone else obtained a SSN card with the notation above? I am wondering if it was done like this because it was issued prior to the EAD.
