  2. Hello. I am the petitioner US citizen petitioning for my wife. We both living outside USA and below was the income I reported on 1040 on for last 3 respective years. 2019 -3,345 2020 -6,669 2021 -9,661 Now I am trying to fill I864 and its asking my Current income. I put 0 and its asking last 3 years income. Is it ok to put above figures? I have a Joint Sponsor with enough income to sponsor the wife. This will ok even I have minus income right ?
  3. hi, I'm the petitioner. A US naturalized person. However, I am living out of USA for about 15 years now. I filled I-130 for my wife and two miner biologicals children's. all 3 petitions approved and now in NVC stage. I am planning to file I864W for my two miner biologicals children's. I filled my taxes on time each year but with less than $10k income each year. So, since it's not enough to sponsor my wife; I'm going to I have a joint Sponsor. Joint Sponsor's annual income is 76k according to his latest W2. Is this enough to sponsor her? Joint sponsor is divorced. No dependents under him.
  4. For example, her full name has 5 words. But on the i-130 I submitted I put only 4 words. Yes
  5. Guys, I have no idea how it happens. I petition my wife and filled i-130. She has very long name. Looks like I did that mistake. One part of her name is missing on the i-130 application. Will this be a big issue ?
  6. You filed an I-130 Petition for an Alien Relative and the applicant has earned or can be credited with at least 40 qualifying quarters under the Social Security Act. Please submit your Social Security Administration (SSA) Earnings Statement. If you qualify for another exemption, you are not required to submit any additional documentation. I am a US citizen sponsoring children under IR2. Do I need 40 SSA Points to file I-864W?
  7. Hi, I am a US citizen and I have a S corporation. I was out of USA since 10 years up to today. I was working for my own US S corporation online. I am married but filled my taxes separately. My wife is not a US citizen and living with me out of USA. I also have two kids aged 3 and 5 not US citizens. Now the question is this year I have to show some higher income for immigration purpose for my wife and two children. My USCIS Case for wife and two children just approved and waiting for NVC visa number letter. I have two questions. 1. If I show total taxable income as $45000.00 in my 1040 for this tax year what will be the approximate payment I should have to pay to IRS ? 2. For last few years I filled my tax as Married but filling separately. This year if I do joined filling and put two children as dependents will there be reduction of IRS payment ?
