    Updating About my eb2 niw in rio : dq in july 2023 interview in may 2024. from what i heard they just called dq of july2023 for interviews in august2024. Its taking a year from dq to get the il. Good luck everyone

    All easy and fast. The officer said/asked if i lived in the usa for 5 years, i corrected and said no it was 7. Then she said/asked if i went to the us in 2016 and i said no it was 2014. She asked what did i do for so long, I answered “my phd” and then she said ok approved!

    Yes it is possible because L1 is dual intent. Also once ur in the usa you can change from consular to adjustment of status.
