    Thank you! just to clarify my parents did not came with the intention to stay, but I would like to be able to take care of them and have them close, so that is why Im trying to see if this is possible.

    Hi all: I'm new here and I need some help, I am a Us citizen and my parents enter the US with a tourist visa over a year ago, I am filling the I-130 and The I-485 but I'm not sure if is any additional form I should fill for them since they overstayed the tourist visa. How to adjust the status? Thanks.
