Is it better for a married spouse to file as married filing separately or filing jointly with an ITIN. Is there any advantage over either?

I received an email that NVC has case status update please login to see update. However when I logged in there was no message, and the documents we submitted were neither accepted or rejected. What should I do. Has anyone had this happen?

Hi, NVC keeps rejecting tge correct civil document referring us to go to document finder and issue document from correct authority. We have the correct document as listed in document finder and we have explained this in the comments and they still keep rejecting sending back the same message. They do not have a phone number to contact. Can some please provide any suggestions please

I have checked the NVC required documents for Pakistan but it says Police Certificate is not required. Is a court document required and are school records required? I just had a confusion can someone guide me in what documents they submitted to NVC especially for Pakistan
