Lil Bear, thanks for your response. My husband visa was approved and he will be here July 21, 2023. The refusal meant they were waiting for him to submit his digital birth certificate from Ghana. The Embassy in Ghana require a "digital birth certificate. Thanks Rene

Now i am confused, My husband was told at his interview the visa was approved and he left all his documents. I just checked and it's saying refused.

Hello everyone, my husband had his interview in Ghana on Monday, June 12, 2023, and he was approved. We've already paid the IV Fee of $325.00 and the AOS Fee of $120.00, January 25, 2021. Now we're being told to pay $220.00 for the visa, which need to be paid before he leave Ghana, is this correct? We filed CR1, however the NVC changed it to IR1. Thanks
