I applied for my mother green card 2 years ago and everything is done except the interview we are waiting for the interview date.. meanwhile I applied visit visa for my mother and she came to united states in janaury 2023 her 6 month visit is going to complete next month and I am willing to change her status from B2 to permanent residence and applying to transfer her case from my home country to united states.. my question is does anybody know how long it take to change the status from B2 to Permanent residence while staying in the states on visit visa..
Ps. The case is all complete just waiting for the interview date.
