    The list of forms on the USCIS G-1145 page doesn’t include the I-751, which raises the question of whether it’s officially accepted alongside that petition: https://www.uscis.gov/g-1145 Yet everywhere online (Reddit, here, etc.) says you should send a G-1145 with your I-751. Is it accepted or not?

    Hi everyone, I’m planning to move to North Carolina in October 2025 and my conditional green card expires in September 2025. I will have already filed the I-751 to remove conditions and will have the I-797 receipt notice that extends my status by 24 months. Will I be able to get a North Carolina driver’s license with just the expired green card and I-797 receipt? Will the DMV accept it as proof of lawful presence? If not, will I need to get an I-551 stamp? The NC DMV's website isn't clear about this. Any insights appreciated. Thanks!
